We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven professional to lead our Digital Marketing and Franchise Expansion operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand growth, online presence, and developing strong franchise partnerships through effective agreements and strategic planning.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Digital Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Monitor KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversion rates)
- Lead content creation, branding, and promotional campaigns
🔹 Franchise Agreement & Business Expansion:
- Develop and manage franchise business models and agreements
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners
- Lead negotiation, deal closing, and contract finalization
- Ensure legal compliance and documentation for franchise operations
- Support franchise partners in setup, launch, and ongoing business growth
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Franchise Development
- Strong knowledge of franchise agreements, contracts, and negotiation
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
